Premium Lump Crab meat 5oz.
Natural Pak Champagne Vinaigrette 2oz.
Fresh Chives 1T
Fresh Basil 1tsp.
Spring Mix 3oz.
Avocado half
Red Onion
Marinate lump crab meat in vinaigrette along with finely chopped basil and chives. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer atop spring mix. Garnish with diced avocados and red onion.
